From hello, to final delivery Armstrong was able to answer any and all questions. We had one miscommunication, of no major significance, but bottom line they corrected to my satisfaction without me requesting, this effort by any company earns my loyalty.

I haven't even had an opportunity to use them for any service, however, their customer service is top notch! I'm having an issue with my fireplace, and they recommended me to contact my propane supplier first to see if it's a pressure problem. I'll absolutely be using them in the future for my fireplace needs, simply because they answered a question and pointed me in a direction that didn't even benefit them. A+!

They were so helpful with the purchase of our gas fireplace for our new home. And install went great, they were accomodating to our construction (very slow) slow downs. The tech guys were professional and courteous. No complaints! Thanks so much Amanda and team. Can't wait til we get to the hot tub portion of this home build.

Called for service as they stopped by within the next couple days to do a diagnostic appointment on my gas fireplace. Solution was an easy fix and Hunter the technician friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable.

We had a wonderful experience with the Armstrong Yakima team after a lackluster experience with a different business in our town. Fabulous communication from start to finish. Their wood stove expertise is evident, even when fielding questions about a model that they don't sell. It's clear they are customer-oriented, knowledgable, and honest. The owner took the time to swing by on a routine chimney sweep to answer my questions about the new-to-me stove and offer advice for better performance. His crew was polite, kind, and did excellent work. They'll be my first call next time I need something stove-related.

Jake at Armstrong Yakima is awesome. Customer service is great I've had a hottub most of my life. I have never had a tub with the quality & diversity of the Bullfrog the jet packs are amazing. I would recommend nothing but Armstrongs Yakima and Bullfrog spas
